Dolapo-If you're caught stealing pants you will be charged with attempted murder

The Lagos StatePolice Public relations officer, Dolapo Opeyemi Badmus,has taken to her social media handle to talk about the on going activities of some set of people stealing underwears especially Pants,on her IG page she said " I learnt the ones caught in the act always confess to be using it for rituals, whereas the owners die prematurely" she now said that anyone caught in the act will not be charged for stealing but attempted murder.
